State Procurement Institutions

Each State procurement institution under the jurisdiction of the BEP Act shall file an annual compliance plan that outlines the goals of the procuring institution for contracting with certified businesses owned by minorities, women, and persons with disabilities, the manner in which the procuring institution intends to reach these goals and a timetable. The BEP Council shall review and approve each plan and may reject any plan that does not comply with the BEP Act or any rules or regulations promulgated pursuant to this Act.

Each reporting institution under the purview of the Governor shall file an annual report with BEP of its utilization of certified firms owned by minorities, women, and persons with disabilities during the preceding State Fiscal Year.

This report will detail BEP expenditures and service firm category reporting during the preceding State Fiscal Year 2022.
