Phishing Scam Alert

The Illinois Commission on Equity and Inclusion (CEI) is aware of phishing scams in which individuals are impersonating CEI. CEI does not send unsolicited texts or emails threatening enforcement actions. For businesses owned by minorities, women, and persons with disabilities is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable and competitive business environment that will support underrepresented businesses.
BEP Council

Ensuring businesses owned by minorities, females, and persons with disabilities are awarded at least 30% of the total dollar amount of State contracts.
Veterans Business Program (VBP)

Assisting businesses owned by qualified service-disabled and veteran-owned businesses gain access to State of Illinois contracting opportunities and participation in the competitive procurement process.
