Outreach and Training
CEI's outreach unit provides information regarding vendor certification and other valuable supplier diversity information. Outreach staff represent CEI at conferences, organization functions, workshops, and seminars to present supplier diversity initiatives and promote and encourage businesses to get BEP and VBP-certified with the State of Illinois.

Outreach & Event Participation Request
To assist us in serving your needs and effectively represent the Commission on Equity and Inclusion, we ask that you complete the Outreach Request Form (see link below) as part of any invitation for our team to speak at or participate in any event.
Requests will be reviewed and evaluated for feasibility. Events should align with CEI's mission and vision, BEP, and VBP. Not all speaking engagements and event participation requests will be approved.
