The Illinois Commission on Equity and Inclusion (CEI) is aware of phishing scams in which individuals are impersonating CEI. CEI does not send unsolicited texts or emails threatening enforcement actions. Supplier Diversity Report Library

Section 40-10 of the CEI Act requires the Commission to publish a copy of each supplier diversity report submitted to a State agency. The Supplier Diversity Report Library (SDRL) serves as Illinois’ central repository of supplier diversity reports, ensuring transparency and measured progress toward statutory diversity objectives, while also affirming the State’s ongoing commitment to cultivating a broad and inclusive network of diverse suppliers. Agencies, boards and commissions are required to submit their supplier diversity reports to CEI in accordance with the Act.
