Illinois Procurement Opportunities

BEP assists businesses owned by minorities, women, and people with disabilities gain access to the state of Illinois procurement process.  BEP certification with the State of Illinois can also open the door to opportunities with other public and private entities which are looking for diverse suppliers.

The State of Illinois is proud to announce the implementation of a web-based eProcurement system called, BidBuy. State agencies will use BidBuy to advertise solicitation opportunities, evaluate bids, and publish contract awards. It will become the State's primary solution for sourcing and placing orders from vendors for the CPO - General Services. BidBuy will replace the current Illinois Procurement Bulletin - General Services (IPB) and link directly with the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG).

View bid information detailing the current construction projects for which CDB will be accepting bids in the areas of contractor and architect/engineering services. New project information is posted regularly. Register to electronically receive notifications on bid opening meetings and results as well as contract awards. Although registration is not necessary to view these postings on the website, registration is required to receive email notifications as the information becomes available.

The IPB/HE is a free online resource for vendors wishing to do business with the public universities in Illinois. Participating universities post notices for upcoming bids, requests for proposal, requests for information, solicitation documents, and awards.

The Chief Procurement Office for Higher Education is pleased to welcome the Illinois Secretary of State and the Illinois Comptroller to the Public Higher Education Bulletin! Beginning January 1, 2019, you will find solicitations and awards for both the Comptroller and the Secretary of State published here. You can find them in the “Search” tab by searching for the Comptroller using “IComp” or“Comptroller” and by searching for the Secretary of State using “ISOS” or “Secretary of State”.
