You can access the public comment registration form on CEI’s website (cei.illinois.gov) by clicking the “Public Meetings” tab, selecting the appropriate meeting date, clicking the “View full event details” link, and scrolling down to select the “Public Comment Form” link. The public comment registration form will stop taking responses at the meeting start time. Public comments will not be heard without the appropriate accompanying registration form submission.
